No worries, you are welcome to call us or come in to see our availability.

JOYERÍA
Traer joyería de otra tienda
No perforamos con ni instalamos joyería de otras tiendas que no son de roscada internamente o sea de grado de implante según parte de la APP estándares. Esto es para asegurar la calidad y el material. La salud y la seguridad de los cliente es nuestra máxima prioridad, y si no podemos confirmar con seguridad el material específico y los criterios de fabricación, no consideramos que los riesgos valgan la pena. Somos muy conscientes de las joyas que vendemos, perforamos y mejoramos.
Returns or Exchange
Por normativa de la Junta de Sanidad, y por higiene general, no podemos aceptar devueltas ni ofrecer cambios una vez que las joyería han salido del estudio.
Comprar joyería para alguien
La compra de joyería para regalar es complicada, ya que la mayoría de las joyas deben ajustarse a la medida. Ofrecemos certificados de regalo para garantizar que el destinatario reciba la joya adecuada.
Precios
Los precios de las joyería varían en muchas cosas como el material, el tamaño y las gemas. Estamos encantados de darle estimaciones a través de teléfono, texto, correo electrónico, o DM ya que nuestros precios varían.

Servicios
Todos nuestros servicios necesitarán una cita, incluyendo la venta de joyería, los servicios de perforación, las revisiones, etc.
Para los perforaciones orales es necesario estar completamente vacunado.
Correo electrónico de Confirmación
Si no recibe un correo electrónico de confirmación, su cita no se ha realizado y no tiene una cita válida. Por favor, asegúrese de leer cuidadosamente su correo electrónico de confirmación.
Una Cita = Una Persona
Una persona por cita. Debido a las citas limitadas, no podemos ayudar varias personas en una sola cita. Así que asegúrese de reservar citas separadas en detrás de la otra.
Disponibilidad
La reserva de una cita sólo puede hacerse a través de aquí. El sistema le informará de la disponibilidad más próxima. Si no ve ninguna disponibilidad, las fechas están totalmente reservadas o aún no están abiertas a la reserva. No se puede hacer por teléfono o por correo electrónico.

completamente antes de su cita para poder atenderlo. Si hay algún problema, llámenos.
Se necesita uno nuevo para cada cita.
Mascara Facial
Las máscaras son necesarias en el estudio en todo momento. No te preocupes, ¡nuestros perforadores pueden trabajar con tu máscara!
No proporcionamos máscaras faciales.
Distancia Social
Venga sola/solo a su cita.
Sólo se permite la entrada de personas con cita en el estudio.
Para los menores de edad, sólo se permite un padre/representante legal dentro del estudio para la cita.

CANCELACIÓN DE LA CITA

Cómo Cancelar la Cita
Si necesita cancelar su cita, puede hacerlo en su correo electrónico, en el correo de confirmación. No podemos cancelar su cita por teléfono o por mandando un correo electrónico.
48 Horas de Aviso
Si no cancela la cita en un plazo de 48 horas, se le cobrará el cargo de cancelación de $40.
SIN CITAS LOS MARTES
Servicios
Los Martes no es necesario pedir cita, pero no ofrecemos estos servicios:

Perforación de orejas para niños de las edades 12 años o menos

Cualquier perforacion oral

Revisiones o cambio de joyeria en perforaciones orales
Estos servicios sí necesitan cita
Distancia Social
Sólo se permitirán 4 personas dentro del estudio el tiempo.Una vez que el número de personas llegue al límite de capacidad, porfabor inscribase en nuestra lista de espera. Cuando ahí disponibilidad, llamaremos quien siguiente en la lista.*
El cliente debe estar en el local y responder a nuestra llamada telefónica, si no, pasaremos a la siguiente persona en la cola.*
Perforaciones debajo de la máscara
A partir del 1 de Febrero de 2022, las perforaciones debajo de la máscara, como la nariz y el "septum", requieren prueba de vacunación.
Necesitaremos la tarjeta física en mano para poder realizar la perforación.
Recomendamos estar vacunado 2 semanas antes de realizar la perforación.
Paciencia
Puede haber un tiempo de espera, te pedimos que seas paciente con nosotros.
Ofrecemos la experiencia más atenta y personalizada.

Disponibilidad
Los Martes sin cita previa son por orden de llegada.
Cerramos a las 2PM-3PM para comer.
Tomamos nuestro último cliente 30 minutos antes de cerrar.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
